I wish I could take credit for this adorable banner.  However, all props go to my team member, Trudy.  I think it is such a great way to show a Halloween themed paper for something other than Halloween. It is such a versatile paper pack with awesome vibrant colors.  The background was created by stamping dots from “Hit the Spot” stamp set and mini pennants from the Party Pennants set. The letters were cut out on the Cricut with Doodletype and were covered in prisma glitter. So CUTE!
