It doesn’t get easier than this. You most likely have these items laying around the house. Clothespins and paper lunch bags.  All I did was stamp them and added an inked clothespin with an image from the stamp set, Thriller.

You could use any Halloween stamp set.  I like Creepy Cobwebs and Beware for random stamping as it the images are larger and cover an area quicker.  You can also load up a larger block with several images to create a background.  Stamping does not need to be perfect.  A little imperfection makes it even more personal. *wink.
